Santoo manufactures industrial sealing components from a purpose-built facility at KEZAD, Abu Dhabi. In-house compound development means material selection for specific operating conditions is an engineering decision — not a catalogue choice.

Hydraulic services
The Santoo workshop handles the full hydraulic cylinder rebuild cycle under one work order. When a cylinder arrives, the bore is honed, the seal kit is manufactured to the actual bore geometry, and the assembly is pressure-tested before dispatch. One test report issued with every unit.
- Cylinder honing — 50 to 900 mm bore, ±2 µm tolerance, up to 16 m length
- Full cylinder rebuild — strip, inspection, machining, reassembly, pressure verification
- Rod and surface restoration — hard chrome, straightening, polishing to Ra 0.2 µm
- Test and verification — 700-bar bench, 700-litre tank, SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) data logging
- Nut busting — up to 60,000 Nm torque on seized assemblies
- Custom seal cutting — Ø4 to 600 mm, OEM-spec and bespoke profiles
From the seal
to the system.
Most sealing suppliers trade. Most hydraulic workshops service. Santoo does both under one roof — which means a rebuilt cylinder receives a seal manufactured to its actual post-honing bore geometry, not a nominal catalogue dimension. This matters. A mismatched seal fails at the bore, not in the material.
Trader model
Sources seals. Supplies nominal dimensions. Cannot manufacture to actual bore geometry. Cannot test the assembled unit.
Santoo model
Hones the bore. Measures the actual geometry. Manufactures the seal to that measurement. Pressure-tests the assembly. Issues a documented work order. All from one address.
Certifications
Every work order generated on the workshop floor is archived and retrievable by part number, customer reference, or serial. Calibration records for every gauge and bench are available to client inspection. For procurement teams qualifying a new vendor — the documentation is in place.
