& V-Rings.
The O-ring is the most widely deployed sealing element in hydraulic, pneumatic, and process systems — a single toroidal profile that prevents leakage across static and dynamic interfaces at pressures from vacuum to over 400 bar.
What Santoo manufactures.
Santoo manufactures O-rings, X-rings (quad-rings), and V-rings from in-house elastomer compounds developed at our KEZAD facility. Standard sizes are stocked across all listed materials. Non-standard profiles and bespoke dimensions are cut or moulded to drawing with typical lead times of 24–72 hours for GCC customers.
X-rings carry a four-lipped sealing profile that prevents spiral failure in reciprocating applications and delivers lower friction than an equivalent O-ring. V-rings provide axial sealing on rotating shafts and are self-compensating for wear.
All API 6A and NSF compounds are batch-traceable. Material certificates and test reports are issued on request.
