Every rebuilt cylinder, pump and motor is verified on an instrumented bench before it leaves the floor. Results are SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) logged and issued in full.
No unit leaves the floor unverified.
Santoo's instrumented test bench cycles every rebuilt cylinder, pump and valve to rated pressure. Flow, internal leakage and stroke timing are recorded against the work order. The bench is SCADA-monitored and calibrated on a documented cycle.
A separate pump test bench accommodates open- and closed-loop hydraulic pumps and motors. Full performance reporting is generated at test completion. The customer receives both the unit and the data — a documented test result traceable to the work order.

Where this service runs.
Test and verification is the final step for every cylinder rebuild, rod restoration and pump overhaul completed at the KEZAD workshop. It also runs as a standalone service for third-party cylinders and pumps requiring verification before return to service.

What pressure does the cylinder bench reach?
700 bar, with a 700-litre tank capacity. All results are SCADA-logged per work order.
What pump types does the pump bench accommodate?
Vane, piston and gear pumps in open- and closed-loop configuration. Maximum displacement 350 cm³ per revolution.
Is a test report issued with every unit?
Yes. Flow, internal leakage and stroke timing are logged on the cylinder bench. Full performance reports for pump and motor testing. Both issued at collection.
Is the bench calibrated on a documented cycle?
Yes. SCADA-monitored and calibrated on a documented cycle. Calibration records maintained in the workshop quality system.
