Gaskets.
Spiral wound, ring type joint, camprofile and soft-cut gaskets for flanged joints in process pipework and utility systems. CNAF, graphite, PTFE and metallic grades.
Gasket type and material matched to the joint.
A flanged joint is only as reliable as its gasket. Type selection — spiral wound, ring type joint, camprofile or soft-cut — depends on the pressure class, temperature, fluid chemistry and flange facing. Material selection within that type determines service life.
Santoo stocks the full range of industrial gasket types and materials for process piping, utility systems and equipment flanges across GCC industry. ASME and BS standard dimensions are available from stock. Non-standard and oversized gaskets are cut to order.

Gasket types.
| Spiral wound gaskets | Metallic and filler winding — for high-pressure, high-temperature process piping. CNAF, graphite and PTFE filler grades. |
| Ring type joint (RTJ) | Oval and octagonal rings for API flanged connections — oil and gas wellhead and pipeline service |
| Camprofile gaskets | Serrated metallic core with soft layer — for heat exchanger and critical joint applications |
| Full-face gaskets | Soft-cut from CNAF, graphite or PTFE sheet — for full-face flanged joints at lower pressures |
| Raised-face gaskets | Soft-cut to raised face dimensions — the standard for ASME B16.20 Class 150 to 2500 piping |

Where these gaskets are specified.
Process piping in oil and gas facilities, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, utility steam and water systems, chemical process pipework, and marine flange connections throughout the GCC.

Common questions.
What gasket types are available?
Spiral wound, ring type joint (RTJ), camprofile, full-face and raised-face soft-cut gaskets in CNAF, graphite, PTFE and metallic grades.
What pressure and temperature ranges are covered?
Soft-cut for low-pressure utility service. Spiral wound and camprofile for high-pressure, high-temperature process piping. RTJ for API oil and gas flanged connections.
Can gaskets be cut to a non-standard size?
Yes. Cut from sheet stock to any inside diameter, outside diameter and bolt hole pattern.
