Custom Sealing.
OEM-equivalent and custom-profile seals, cut from raw stock or supplied from Group manufacturing. Ø 4–600 mm. NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber), FKM, EPDM and PTFE.
The seal is the smallest, most decisive component in a hydraulic system.
Santoo combines on-site seal cutting capability with the manufacturing depth of the Group's elastomer operation — covering OEM-equivalent seals, custom profiles, obsolete sizes and high-specification material requirements. API 6A (American Petroleum Institute Spec 6A) certified compounds, NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) approved materials and WRAS (Water Regulations Advisory Scheme) listed elastomers are all available.
When the drawing does not exist, the worn component is reverse-engineered to produce a cutting specification. The seal is then cut from the correct material grade in the correct profile — dimensionally matched to the cylinder it will run in, not a catalogue approximation.

Where this service runs.
Cylinder rebuild programmes, OEM line-side supply, emergency replacements for obsolete seals, and bespoke sealing for non-standard or legacy equipment across GCC oil and gas, marine, water, cement and power generation.
Common questions.
Can you cut seals to non-standard dimensions?
Yes. Seals are cut from raw stock to any profile from 4 mm to 600 mm diameter. Custom profiles produced to drawing. Reverse engineering from a worn component available.
What materials are available?
NBR 70/90, FKM, EPDM, PTFE and polyurethane. API 6A certified compounds. NSF-approved materials. WRAS-listed elastomers for drinking water service.
How quickly can custom seals be supplied?
Standard profiles in common materials typically available within the same or next working day. Custom profiles to drawing quoted on request.
Can you reverse-engineer a seal from a worn component?
Yes. Where no drawing or part number exists, Santoo technicians measure and reverse-engineer the worn component to produce a cutting specification.
